Yesterday i was absolutely blessed receive a lomi Lomi massage from fiona. I've been having massages fairly regularly over the past 30 years. I know many people view a massage as indulging;gent or as a way of pampering themselves and for them that may well be true. for me though, they have been necessary and vital part of managing and maintaining overall health and wellness for my mind, my body and my spirit.

I had an amazing experience two weeks ago. I have had many massages over my years, relaxation, remedial, Thai ect, all of which were great. Then I was told of Lomi Lomi, just the way it was described sounded wonderful. i find it hard to put into words to just how transformative it was!

I felt a sense of incredible freedom, release of emotions, a great sense of happiness, a strong spiritual feeling and so extremely relaxed. I had the best sleep and woke the next day feeling relaxed and yet energised, happy and positive. Two weeks on and that positive energy and happy vibe is still with me.

Fiona creates a professional and warm space to feel safe and Enjoy the benefits of her lomi Massage. I highly recommend using her Sauna before your massages it allowed me to relax even more, therefore relax my muscle tension throughout my body. This amplified the massage which starts with stillness, a blessing and then the rejuvenating massage. Very beneficial to my recovery as i was coming off a low immune system week prior.

I was so relaxed for the rest of the dyad had a very pleasant sleep last night.

Receiving a nourishing Lomi Lomi massage from fiona during pregnancy was an amazing experience.Fionas gentle touch and flowing strokes helped me to relax and feel cared for. it received tension and discomfort in my bodying the southing atmosphere calmed my mind. i also felt a sp[ecial connection with my body during the massage as it assisted me to get back in tune with my body and with my baby.

Overall, it was a deeply nourishing and rejuvenating experience that i highly recommend for any pregnant woman during any stage of her pregnancy

I met Fiona after her telling me about the benefits of lomi massage, i was interested to try one with her.
