Hatha Yoga

I use the asana practice of yoga to educate students about the body’s ability to heal, strengthen and direct energy. Through a moving manifestation, which incorporates a gentle flow in a healing practice, I guide students to effortlessly connect in the sweet spot between movement and surrender.

For when we connect our mind and body through the Breath ....it is here that the magic happens…

8 Week Term:

Casual class $25

the perfect solution to your health .

If the fees are challenging for you at this time, please make contact - I’m happy to discuss payment in two parts, or a fee-reduction based on your circumstances. I am very keen to have our Yoga community continue our practice, for our physical and mental well-being.

Private Sessions 

There is much to be explored energetically with a 1:1 yoga session in your own private space. Compliment your asana practice tailored to your individual needs with pranayama and meditation and complete your practice with a divine sound bowl healing.

Private sessions just $65 for 70 minutes 

or

5  Sessions for $250.
