Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates 
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Cocao powder
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 1 TBS water
  • 2 drops Peppermint
 

Method

 

Pulse in blender

Roll into balls (makes 20 small) 

Refrigerate
