Berry Smoothies

•  2 Fresh Ripe bananas or frozen(peeled and sliced before freezing)
• 2 cups almond , hazelnut or soy milk
• 1 cup frozen strawberrie
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• fresh mint for garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree untill smooth.

Poor into four classes each with a sprig of mint

Serve imediately
